Abstract
Technology is currently experiencing rapid development. One of the rapidly growing technologies is mobile applications. The purpose of the application of technology in an organization is to improve the quality of service and performance of the organization. At PT. The Bisnis Indonesia application made a mobile application called ABBON (Online Attendance), this application serves as an online attendance tool that can make it easier for workers so that they do not need to do attendance manually and also this application provides several other conveniences such as being able to view salary estimates, work contract times, and the licensing process. UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) are very important factors in a mobile application. A good mobile application is one that can pay attention to the convenience of the user, so that the user does not experience difficulties in using the mobile application. Mobile applications that are designed must follow the current rapidly growing UI/UX trend. Figma is a tool that can answer all the problems in designing. Figma is often used in the UI/UX design process for mobile applications and other applications
