Abstract

Generasi Gigih is a program founded by the Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa and GoTo, a program that runs for one semester is designed to pioneer digital talents from beginner to advanced level. The lessons given by Generasi Gigih are very relevant to what is needed by the industry today, starting from technical skills that learn the Ruby programming language, learning the MySQL Database and the Ruby on Rails framework. Not only studying technical skills, Generasi Gigih also provides material on soft skills that discuss the right mindset, making CV to personal branding and last there are English classes to be able to understand English Language used in the technology industry. To practice what has been learned for approximately three months, Generasi Gigih has a program called the Internship Project, which will be placed in an industrial partner partner of the Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa to get real work experience as a Software Engineer.
