Abstract

Sports Building or often called "GOR" is a place that is generally used to accommodate all types of sports activities. Based on data from interviews conducted with GOR officers, currently gor rental services are still using a manual system and data collection transactions using Microsoft Excel. Constraints in manual data collection often result in data writing errors (human error) and the ordering process at GOR Raharja is also without a down payment, fictitious orders often occur. From the existing problems, an idea was created to make a prototype of an Android-based online booking application that could help solve the problem. In this case, the author uses the Human Centered Design method in its design and the UEQ method in its evaluation. The purpose of this study is to apply the Human Centered Design method in completing the online booking application design for gor and to test the usability of the online booking application design for gor Raharja in Kwadungan village using UEQ. The results of applying the Human Centered Design method in the process of making online booking application designs consist of 3 main stages, namely inspiration, ideation, and implementation. From these 3 stages, 4 main features are produced in the user application design, these features include the check booking feature which contains the booking date and time, the booking feature which contains booking transactions, the member schedule feature contains a list of registered members, the price list feature contains a price list display. rent gor. The results of usability testing using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) on 36 respondents gave a positive response by having a value of 1,611 on the "Attractiveness" scale, 1,444 for the "Perspicuity" scale, 1,458 for the "Efficiency" scale, 1,583 for the "Dependability" scale, 1,660 for the "Efficiency" scale.
