Abstract

PT Proxsis Solusi Bisnis is a company engaged in the service sector. This company carries the concept of many business units which are often referred to as Strategic Business Units (SBU) which are incorporated in the term Proxsis and Company. The MSIB batch 2 activity at PT Proxsis Solusi Bisnis took place from February 15, 2022 to July 14, 2022. There are several positions offered by the company for interns, one of which is Mobile Developer. The author is part of the Mobdev (Mobile Developer) team that focuses on developing a mobile application called Proxsis Workspace. This application was created to make a major change in the development of existing human resource systems in all Proxsis companies, by developing a Web and Mobile-based application that can support all human resource needs of all SBUs within Proxsis and Company.
