Abstract
PT Perkebunan Tambi is one of the tea plantations in Central Java which is located in Wonosobo Regency. The problem or constraint faced is that the business process is still done manually, both the recording of sales and the entry and exit of goods is still using the recording of the entry and exit of goods that are still using a letter out of goods from the directors and local sales in the recording are still using a book which at the end of the month is recapitulated using excel. The method that will be used in the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Based on Open Source is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Method and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, And Threat (SWOT) Analysis. The results of this study are the results of the implementation of E-Sales based on Open Source, the results of implementing E-Sales based on Open Source, almost all of the results are stated to be better than before the implementation is running, this is evidenced by a comparative test before and after the study with a total average value after implementation of 95.93 and before implementation 91.06. Meanwhile, from the SWOT analysis which was measured using the IFAS and EFAS analysis, the x value was 0.37 and the y value was 0.04. Viewed using a SWOT analysis diagram, the x and y values obtained from the IFAS and EFAS analysis show that the implementation of open source-based E-Sales has an aggressive strategy (Positive – Positive) which means that it is possible to continue to carry out E-Sales implementation activities at PT Perkebunan Tambi although the results are not so significant but have the potential to increase the growth and development of PT Perkebunan Tambi's business processes, especially the local sales department of PT Perkebunan Tambi. Keywords : Sales, Efficiency,Transformation, TAM, SWOT
