Abstract

The problem found in the CV Ramos Mobile business is that competitors have just started the same business as CV Ramos Ponsel, thereby reducing consumers' need to meet their needs at CV Ramos Ponsel. With the situation for the store to innovate in customer service. The purpose of this research is to have ECommerce that can support business processes at CV Ramos Ponsel. This research applies the Waterfall method. The reason for using the Waterfall method in this research is because of the problem solving that is structured in terms of Analysis, Design, Implementation, Maintenance which has completed problem solving in solving problems in the research of Home Catalog Applications With Augmented Reality Technology at PT Jofa Dini Lestari by using the Water Method. Fall. Waterfall every step of the work process is completed first to move to the next stage. The results of this study are to produce an E-Commerce information system on CV Ramos Mobile based on the CV Ramos Mobile E-Commerce website, which makes it easier for CV Ramos Ponsel to manage business processes into a digital website. E-Commerce CV Ramos Mobile makes it easy for Cv. Ramos Mobile in updating goods information in real time so that consumers get the right and accurate information. E-Commerce CV Ramos Mobile is used by the wider community to access information on goods that can be used as information references.
