Abstract

The convenience of the internet has led to more and more various kinds of websites which are currently widely used for the ease of spreading information for business people, one of which is e-business. CRM (customer relationship management) is one of the technologies used to establish interactions between customers and partners and business actors. PT. Telkom Indonesia is a company engaged in various fields, one of which is in the field of internet service providers throughout Indonesia which has a solution so that all Indonesian people are facilitated in any way with the internet network throughout Indonesia. PT. Telkom Indonesia's CRM website is used to interact with customers and partners in every area who use internet services from PT. Telkom itself. To collect data on the area requires data in the form of Longtitude and Latitude points in the intended area using the Google Maps application to get the coordinates of the area. Henceforth, Restfull API is needed to find the Witel and Region locations from the previously entered coordinates. UIMax is a Restful API that is used to find out Witel and Region data in the area, by entering the coordinates of the area. Later, the Witel and Region data will be inputted into the CRM website and stored in the database so that each region corresponds to its respective Witel and Region.
