Abstract

Distribution machine is an important thing in the PDAM Tirta Wijaya Cilacap company. Needs supply of clean water increases with increasing population and the equipment or machinery distribution contained in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) will continue to decrease efficiency, level of readiness, reliability (reliability)and quality forms of employment (performance) that causes the state to be bad, in line with the length of use and the age of the machine. This will cause losses for the company, therefore, the company must try to keep the machines and equipment functioning properly so that the supply of clean water runs smoothly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the transmission pump engine and to compare theOEE value company'swith the Overall Equipment Effectiveness WorldClass standard. The methodology used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness. The results of this study can be concluded that the average value of OEE obtained from the Transmission Pump I engine with engine numbers 208 to 211 ranging from 86% to 88%. As for these results, if we compare them with JIPMworld class, then the Overall Equipment Effectiveness value of the company has reached thestandard, which setis > 85%.
