Abstract
PT. PINS Indonesia is a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia which is engaged in the integration of devices and networks as a provider of telecommunications service facilities and infrastructure. The company is located in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In the practice of implementing practical work, students are placed in the Service Delivery section of the PT. PINS Indonesia. The problems that occurred at PT PINS Indonesia were in the placement of goods or items from several products that were not neat and well organized, then the lack of pickup parts or space which caused when loading goods did not pass through the goods exit door, but through the goods entry door, and less good area for loading goods and unloading goods that are not parallel to the vehicle or truck which makes it difficult to load and unload goods, and uneven floors when moving goods, so in this case the aim of this study is to determine whether the current warehouse layout can affect productivity warehouse employees when carrying out loading and unloading activities. The independent variable is warehouse layout (X) and the dependent variable is work productivity (Y). For the results based on the SPSS version 22 test, the linearity test obtained Deviation from Linearity of 0.055, so 0.055 > 0.05 or there is a linear relationship between warehouse layout variables and work productivity. Simple linear regression test the significance of the coefficients table obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then the X variable affects the Y variable. For t-count that is equal to 9.420 or 9.420 > 2.048, so for Hi accepted and Ho is rejected or there is an influence between variables X against the Y variable.
