Abstract

MT Logistik is a transportation and logistics company that is active both nationally and internationally. Provide various shipping services such as export, import and domestic. Through various transportation, both land, sea and air. PT Elin Sport Glove is a glove production company that has exported to various countries, especially in Korea. The company uses the services of MT Logistik to ship exports to Korea by air. In carrying out export shipments, there are various processes, both from the process of production activities and exporter activities from logistics services. In the production process there must be time used when producing. The production time is efficient or not. If not, it can hamper the speed of the glove production process. Time Management plays a very important role in the production of glove gloves. One of the problems with the delivery process is that there is less effective or efficient time from both production activities and exporter activities. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors were causing delays in the export shipment of gloves. The method used is Time Estimation Analysis using excel software. As well as data collected by means of direct observation and interviews. The results of this study are that there is a fairly large percentage of time and value in production activities, especially in the quality control and packaging section which requires an average time of 1.5 minutes/pcs with a percentage value of 39%. Therefore, the need for improvement in this section is like changing to the use of more modern tools so that the process can be faster and more efficient.
