Abstract

Many types of plants grow in the world, including food plants and herbal plants. Not all plants are safe for consumption, many plants in fact have toxic levels and can be fatal if consumed incorrectly. People need to understand the information and characteristics of various types of plants so that they are safe for consumption. Therefore we need a source that can educate the public about various types of food plants and herbal plants. The solution is to build an application system to find information about plant species. The researcher then developed an information system using the Kanban framework method. The results of this study are in the form of an android application called Healthy.San which has the main feature to search for articles related to food plants and herbal plants. This application has several main pages, namely the login page, register page, home page, article list page, forum page, profile page, and profile edit page. This application is built using Flutter framework and admin dashboard using ReactJs. Researchers also use Black Box testing as a method used for application testing. In this study, researchers were assisted by 6 respondents with different brands or types of smartphones. This is intended to test whether the application can be used on various types of Android smartphones. As a result, the application can be run on all types of smartphones tested.
