Abstract

According to Law UU no. 20 of 2003 article 3 concerning the National Education System, the purpose of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens who democratic and responsible. Kampus mengajar is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the lecture class. In the campus teaching program, students will be placed in elementary schools close to their domicile throughout Indonesia and teach elementary school students in areas that are included in the 3T (frontier, disadvantaged, and outermost). The school that is used as a place for students to serve is a school with accreditation still C where students help the teaching and learning process at school, assist with administration, and help adapt technology. Students' experiences and insights are expected to be richer through this activity to develop creativity, interpersonal skills, student leadership and contribute to assisting the implementation of the teaching and learning process in the educational unit they occupy.
