Abstract

Rapid technological advances have brought us into a new world, where communication plays an important role in life. Utilization of information technology in supporting business processes that provide strategic opportunities in facing the competition faced by the company. One of them, the wowo clean solution company, is a business in the field of home and car interior washing services whose work is in the Purwokerto area and its surroundings. The process is carried out at the customer's home. However, this business has problems in disseminating information, from the owner wanting a wider spread of information. As a result, the people of Purwokerto are not aware of the existence of home and car interior washing services. Therefore, researchers built a system using the Waterfall Method, this method is a model developed for software development. The Waterfall method was chosen because this method can help researchers to develop the first stage of software systems that will be built according to user needs. The results of this researcher build a website using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. Testing the system using black box testing is used to test the function of the system to match what is expected. Keywords: Waterfall Method, Website, Information Technology,PHP
