Abstract

The Regional Archives and Library Office of Banyumas Regency is one of the official institutions engaged in the archive and library sector. The implementation of eight systems (Barcode Reader, Inlist Lite, i-Pusda Banyumas, OPAC, Fireflies, Digital Archive System, SIMANTAP and Face Detector) on ARPUSDA provides support for each implementation of the work plan but in implementation there are problems in the form of using third parties in resolving system errors, the absence of a strategy in managing the system, human resources who do not understand the use of the system and have never evaluated the alignment between business and IT. The solution to solving these problems is by measuring the alignment between business and IT using the Strategic Alignment Maturity Model (SAMM). The purpose of implementing SAMM is to determine the level of alignment of the IT-business, determine the triggering and inhibiting factors of each domain and provide recommendations for improving the maturity value of the domain level. Data collection for the calculation of the domain value is done by distributing questionnaires to 13 respondents (top management and IT Support). Based on the results of the questionnaire, ARPUSDA has an overall maturity value of 3.8 which is projected into Luftman leveling to be at Level 3 or Established / Focused Process which means it already has alignment between business-IT, already has SOPs from IT, employee training in carrying out a process, division of labor in each unit but does not monitor and evaluate errors (problem handling is not documented). The results of the recommendations for improvement at the level of 77 recommendations consist of 14 on the communication domain, 18 on the competence domain, 11 on the governance domain, 17 on the cooperation domain, 10 on the expertise domain and 7 on the architectural scope domain.
