Abstract

The practical work report with the title of streamlining compilance service data for indihome customers who will migrate packages is based on telkom customers who install the internet at their home or company, indihome, where those who previously installed the indihome from copper wire media switch to fiber optics . As is well known now that if you still use copper wire as a transmission medium for internet connection, you will experience a lot of interference so that PT Telkom recommends that each customer switch to using fiber optic media. The goal is that telkom customers, especially Indihome, can enjoy maximum internet access without any interference that often occurs when using copper wire. Another goal is to make the facilities that have been made effective, by using them fully in order to find out whether the facilities are feasible and ready for use or not through maximum use. In the alignment section of the data service, data is uploaded through the database that has been provided. The admin will upgrade the data according to the request from the customer data section. Data on the updated database is then written on the spreadsheet and given the done statement to indicate that the data has been executed. From the alignment of compliance data, it can be concluded that every time you migrate a package from copper to fiber requires an update from the database system before replacing it in the field.
