Abstract

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is the institution responsible for managing internet communication and handling in Indonesia. In carrying out its duties and functions the Ministry of Communication and Informatics has civil servants and PPNPN (Non Government Officials). To maintain the performance of staff performance, the Ministry of Communications and Informatics evaluates the assessment of employment behavior systematically for civil servants but for PPNPN is still manual for later recorded digitally into Microsoft Excel application. Therefore, the performance assessment of PPNPN is still ineffective and efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to make an information system of PPNPN behavioral assessment information for the assessment and reporting of working behavior that is systemized in the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. This research is aimed at designing information system of PPNPN behavioral behavior in E-Business Directorate of Ministry of Communication and Informatics can facilitate the assessment and reporting of work behavior of PPNPN. The design of this system using RAD method. RAD method is the development of a system that can shorten the manufacture of the system with the analysis of needs and scope. The result of this research is RAD can be used well to develop a information system of Vice Risk Assessment of work until 56,7% stated to accelerate work and 63,3% stated easy information system performance appraisal of PPNPN. And the RAD method is effective in the development of information system of VAT behavior assessment of VAT. Keywords: System, Information, Assessment, Behavior, Work, PPNPN, RAD
