Abstract
OBRE-JEK is a one-year-old business in Brebes Regency, Central Java, that provides online ojek and regional transportation services, including delivery of people by motorcycle, car, food, goods, and others. OBRE-JEK's goal is to optimize human resources and increase the income level of the Brebes Regency community by encouraging service-providing MSMEs. However, there are still problems in the transaction management system and services that are slow and inefficient. This study aims to improve the efficiency of managing OBRE-JEK partner services after implementing a service application. Based on the results of research on the Design of OBRE-JEK Partner Service Application using the Scrum method, this application is proven to help service providers in the transaction process, user data input, service management, and report management. Before implementation, the system obtained an average score of 45 based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) from 20 respondents, which increased to an average of 80 after implementation, showing an increase in efficiency of more than 77%. Testing with blackbox testing showed that every available feature was tested with valid results. Further evaluation showed that the faster transaction system and more structured management improved partner productivity. Therefore, the app has significantly improved the operational efficiency and user satisfaction of OBRE-JEK's partners, as well as overcoming problems with the previously slow and inefficient transaction and service management methods.
