Abstract

Employee performance in an institution is a crucial factor that is expected to support the achievement of institutional goals. When employees have low performance, this can become an obstacle to the development and achievement of the goals of the institution. Currently, the Sokaraja Kidul Village Hall is still using a performance reporting system with Microsoft Excel which has caused complaints from employees. Such a system causes accumulation of employee report data which requires a lot of space for storage and has the potential to cause loss or damage to documents because they are in paper form. Based on the existing problems, the authors designed a web-based application to maximize the employee performance reporting process by utilizing information technology that can be accessed online for employees and village heads. The application of the scrum method provides flexibility in adding or changing system features according to user needs, thus enabling system development to adapt quickly according to user requests. Black Box testing shows that the information system operates according to expectations. The Usability test with the System Usability Scale shows an average value of 59 or OK.
