Abstract

The rapid progress of information technology in Indonesia. The use of information technology in the education sector produces a talented workforce. One of them is the English language skills needed so that human resources can compete globally in the education sector. In line with this situation, ITTP considers its students' English language skills important. This is done by requiring all students to take the TOEFL test via the ECT website. The ITTP English Competency Test (ECT) website is an online platform developed and operated by the ITTP Language Center to measure a person's foreign language skills. The results of distributing pre-research questionnaires to ITTP students who had accessed or used the website revealed several problems based on user complaints, namely the appearance of the ECT website which was felt to be less attractive and difficult to understand, incomplete information regarding instructions for using the website, and problems with the server which often occurred. down. Because this problem impacts user satisfaction, it is important to evaluate the quality of the ECT website. Based on the above background, this research will focus on evaluating and measuring website quality using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of the evaluation of the quality of ECT using these two methods show that the results of the analysis of the conformity level are 93.67%, not reaching 100%, this indicates that the service does not fully satisfy user expectations. The average GAP result for all indicators is -0.23 or the GAP value < 0 this indicates that it has not met user expectations. Based on the results of the IPA Cartesian diagram, it shows that there is a need to increase the quality or improvements in quadrant I, namely the indicators "CON4, FOR2, EOU1, EOU2" and quadrant III "CON3, ACC3, FOR1, TIM2".
