Abstract
This research aims to educate young children in recognizing the world of robotics to attract the attention of young children so that they are interested in learning to assemble robots and aims to improve the cognitive abilities of every child who plays a robot manipulator, and this research focuses on responsiveness to remote controls as robot controllers. manipulator and focus on designing the robot manipulator so that it is suitable for use in early childhood aged 4-6 years as an educational tool. In designing robot manipulators and remote controls, errors will be made possible and interesting for young children aged 4-6 years to see, as well as by checking each component used in the remote control system, such as checking the responsiveness of joystick components, push buttons and servo motors so that they can run. Accordingly, the tool used in the form of a robot manipulator with a remote control system can run well when used by young children aged 4-6 years. Then the results that will be obtained from responsive remote control with servo motors and joysticks with servo motors will produce in the form of degrees (°) with the number of parameters that will be used in the form of angles (°) with 10x data retrieval, and the results of the ability of children aged early childhood 4 -6 years in the form of narratives because the abilities of early childhood depend on the cognitive abilities of each individual, each child who uses a robot manipulator with a remote control system and the results of the child's abilities can be seen from the results of observations in the form of narrative assessments because early childhood does not Data results can be taken in the form of values but in the form of observations. From the results of the design, it is very effective for observing young children aged 4-6 years and the data collection carried out is very close to the expected results.
