Jenang Ketan Asli Cap Tugu is an MSME engaged in food production, especially Javanese regional specialties. Founded by Mrs. Sisum in Pekaja Village, Sokaraja, Central Java. The number of requests for Jenang products in this MSME reaches 500 kg per month, making MSMEs must be able to meet customer demand. The large number of customer requests makes MSMEs sometimes unable to meet customer needs. The work section that will be studied in this research is the stirrer and packer section. The mixer section has the task of processing the raw material process of making jenang into a product while the packer section has the responsibility of packaging the jenang in the appropriate packaging and labeling the jenang packaging. The number of employees in this UMKM is 24 employees with two work divisions, namely four people in the mixer division and 20 people in the packaging division. The purpose of this study was to determine the workload received by jenang making employees and determine the effective number of workers. The method used in this research is the Workload Analysis method. The calculation results showed that the workload in the stirring division was in the range of 131.7% to 143.9%. While in the jenang packaging division it is 136.5% to 156.2%. The optimal addition of employees is to add 2 people and add 10 employees to the packaging division.
