Abstract

Pharmacy XYZ has never conducted a supply chain performance measurement before. This has led to several issues, including a shortage of drug inventory, resulting in an imbalance in drug stock at Pharmacy XYZ. To address this issue, it is deemed necessary to conduct supply chain performance measurement to identify the appropriate strategies for implementation to overcome these problems. This research employs two measurement methods, namely the SCOR Model and the OMAX Method. The research findings reveal that in several indicators, the Make indicator in terms of Reliability scored 2, while the Cost aspect scored 3. The Source indicator in the Cost aspect scored 2 and the Reliability aspect scored 3. In the Deliverer indicator in the Cost aspect, a score of 2 was obtained, and in the Enable indicator in the Responsiveness aspect, a score of 2 was achieved. The supply chain performance of Pharmacy XYZ is rated low and requires significant improvement. Therefore, a number of improvement recommendations are suggested, including more optimal planning, cost reduction in deliveries, budget efficiency, in-depth inventory analysis, planned supplier selection, demand reassessment, and more precise risk calculations. The implementation of these strategies is expected to significantly enhance the supply chain performance of Pharmacy XYZ .Keywords: Apotek XYZ, Objective Matrix,Pharmacy Supply Chain, SCOR Model,
