Abstract

Information technology plays a crucial role in acquiring information, particularly in the field of Management Information System (MIS), where the system can assist organizational managers in decision-making processes. The business processes carried out by CV. Peacock Sarana Lines are currently manual, with employees having to work on documents manually, including data storage and reporting. Therefore, CV. Peacock Sarana Lines requires a Management Information System (MIS) that is expected to aid in the business processes and organizational decision-making, based on operational information collected from various roles, including administrative and operational employees. The design and development of the Management Information System (MIS) for CV. Peacock Sarana Lines, based on a website platform, are carried out using the Scrum methodology. The requirements gathering phase involves user story to create the product backlog and use case diagrams to clarify the system flow, with sprint scheduling based on the feature dependencies to be developed. A total of 7 sprints will be conducted, with an estimated total completion time of 104 days. The system is tested using black-box testing, consisting of 52 test cases, of which 93.38% are classified as valid test cases. Analysis of the system is performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 8 system users as respondents, resulting in a final SUS score of 76.25, which falls into the category of an acceptable system. Keyword: Management Information System, Scrum, Black-box, SUS
