Abstract

Pancasila and citizenship education in elementary schools is an educational program based on pancasila values to develop and preserve moral values in culture and nation which are expected to become identity to realize forms of behavior in everyday life. With the decline in student scores in the pancasila and citizenship education subjects, this is something that teachers who teach these subjects must pay attention to. To make it easier for students to improve their grades, a learning media website was created for grade III elementary school students, with thematic material 2 about “Loving Plants and Animals”. In making this learning media, the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method was used with six stages, namely, concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing and distribution. To create this website, Visual Studio Code was used as a learning medium for creating a website which is equipped with images, videos and questions to support more enjoyable learning activities. So the results of the research in the form of a media website for learning pancasila and citizenship education subjects for class III students at SDN 1 Sumampir produced an n-gain score of 0,5788, which is in the medium category and the n-gain percentage was 57,88% and included in the quite effective category.
