Abstract

Evo Game Store is a service provider top up game. Currently, customer service is carried out via chat-based communication. The high volume of incoming orders requires the admin to handle each order manually, resulting in the need for a more efficient transaction system. This study introduces a transaction-based information systemweb developed using the methodology Rapid Application Development (RAD). RAD emphasizes the rapid development of software to meet user requirements, similar to prototyping but with a wider scope. In this study, transaction-based information systems web designed to manage product data, facilitate ordering and selling products online, and streamlining processes for both the customer and the Evo Game Store. This study aims to develop a transaction-based information systemweb using the RAD method to improve business activity Evo Game Store in managing product data, presenting information to customers, and processing orders and sales online. The test results use the method blackbox testing showed very positive results, with a success rate of 100%. The effective application of the RAD method enables the development of adaptive and responsive systems. The resulting transaction information system successfully overcomes challenges in managing product data efficiently. Overall, this research was successful in producing a transaction-based information systemweb which not only optimizes business processesEvo Game Store, but also improve the shopping experienceonline for customers. Method RAD proved to be an effective approach in achieving these goals, enabling rapid development of systems according to evolving business requirements. Implementation of this system is expected to make a positive contribution to business growthEvo Game Store in this digital age.
