Abstract

Tutorcpns website is an online learning website that focuses on SSCASN test, where there are practice questions, supporting materials, discussion groups and has qualified and experienced mentors. This research aims to determine the usability of the Tutorcpns website. The method that will be used to evaluate the usability of Tutorcpns website is system usability scale (SUS) and designing design recommendations using human centered design method. The evaluation questionnaire was distributed twice, namely the initial evaluation and the design recommendation evaluation. 40 respondents used in this study were the same respondents in both the initial evaluation and the design recommendation evaluation. This research resulted in a SUS score of 66.6 (Grade D) with a poor adjective category so that design recommendations were made. After completion, the design recommendations were then evaluated with the results of a SUS score of 70.5 (Grade B) with an adjective category of good. In the hypothesis analysis, the results obtained from the test are that the H0 hypothesis is accepted and H1 is rejected, which indicates that the average score of the Tutotcpns website usability is more than 68, which is 70.5.
