Abstract

Information technology from time to time has developed very rapidly. This is supported by technology giving rise to many facilities to facilitate community activities in their daily lives. The Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Marina Permai Health Center is a health agency located in the City of Palangka Raya with the number of visitors reaching 3,908 in 2022. Currently the Health Center provideswebsite as the dissemination of information related to the services provided by the Puskesmas. However, there have been no studies that measure levels usability from website which has been provided by the Marina Permai Health Center in Palangka Raya.Usability is one important aspect of software quality that shows the level of ease and efficiency in using the system. This study aims to analyze the level usability from website Marina Permai Palangka Raya Health Center based on user perceptions using the method USE Questionnaire, which includes four parameters, namely usability (Usefulness), Ease of Use(Ease of use), Learning facilities (Ease of Learning), and satisfaction(Satisfaction). The research process involves problem identification, literature study, data collection, data processing, research analysis, and recommendations for improvement. The validity and reliability of the instrument were tested using product-moment correlation and value Cronbach’s Alpha. The results of the analysis onwebsite Marina Permai Health Center on aspectsusefulness yields a score of 37%, on aspectease of use 75,2%, on the aspect ease of learning 73,3% and on satisfaction by 37.7%. Based on the average value of all aspects,website this is stated to be sufficient with a value of 56.4%. Analysis results usability it can provide valuable recommendations for system development website in the future.
