Abstract

Websites have become a very popular digital media for sharing information. Therefore, many educational institutions provide learning or competitions about websites. In the National Student Skills Competition for Children with Special Needs (LKSN-ABK) there is a branch of the Information Technology (IT) competition to create a website. However, not all SLBs can participate in the competition. SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto is one of the schools that does not participate, because in the school there is no website development learning, but the school wants to provide website development learning. Therefore, a desktop-based website development learning media was made for SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto students so that grade 11 SLB B YAKUT students could learn how to develop a website. In designing and developing the website learning media using the scrum method with six stages, namely product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. This research produced a website learning media application for SLB B YAKUT Purwokerto students. Testing using the blackbox test, the results obtained failed 1 of 121 tests. Expert review test of two materials by two validators, obtained a feasibility result of 80% or very feasible. Think aloud test results show an effectiveness level of 83%. Keyword: desktop, scrum, black box, think aloud, expert review
