Abstract

The ITTP academic website is an academic website to make it easier for new ITTP students and old ITTP students to find various service needs in the form of correspondence services, power of attorney, requests for resignation, active requests for return, requests for leave. based on the results distributed to ITTP students using a questionnaire with respondents 32 ITTP students got the results 26 people were not interested in the appearance of the ITTP website, 20 people were dissatisfied with ittp academic features, 19 people were not satisfied with the service features available on the ITTP academic website and 28 choosing the need for a redesign on the ITTP academic website on the assessment getting a bad category so that improvements occur, for application design it needs to be done. The method in this study uses user centered design (UCD) because UCD involves the website users themselves so that they can provide input regarding the use or convenience of ITTP academic website application users. The final result of this research is in the form of a very good usability score with an average value in each iteration reaching 76% being the smallest and 95% being the biggest in each path scenario.
