Abstract

The MSO Unit (Manage service operation) is responsible for managing a website that functions to manage customer data for the Olo segment. The Watch olo website not only handles data management but also monitors graphs of customer ticket Developments displayed on the website dashboard. The "Watch olo" website was built using the PHPRad framework, which has several weaknesses, resulting in its limited functionality. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the website by migrating it from PHPRad to Laravel using the agile method. This research follows four stages based on the used method: product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint, and final product. The website is tested using blackbox testing. The test results show excellent interpretation, indicating that the "Watch olo" website functions properly and is ready for use.
