Abstract

Techno Infinity is an information technology company that focuses on research and development as well as application development. Techno Infinity has several difficulties in managing human resources, especially employee attendance and compensation. Currently, the management and recapitulation of human resources by Techno Infinity is still manual. The process to do the final recapitulation for each month takes more than 4 days. This resulted in delays in the distribution of honorariums for Techno Infinity employees which could reduce the quality of granting rights to employees. The object of this research is to design an android-based human resource management application (attendance management and employee compensation). This research uses the scrum method which has several stages such as product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint planning, sprint, sprint review, and sprint retrospective so that the scrum method is flexible and focuses on the quality of application development according to the needs of Techno Infinity. For the test used in this study is the system usability scale of 15 respondents who are employees of Techno Infinity. Based on the results of calculating the average SUS filled in by respondents, an average score of 83 is obtained. This result indicates that the Human Resource Management application in the usability aspect is included in the grade B category and gets the title "Very Good". The average score of 83 indicates that most respondents give a positive assessment of the usefulness of the HRM application. From the research it can be concluded that the implementation of the TechnoWorkspace application succeeded in achieving the expected standards in terms of usability and providing a positive experience to users in managing human resources and the use of scrum to make the application according to company needs.
