Abstract

Telecommunication tower or called Base Transceiver Station (BTS) is a device used to deploy signal transmission antennas (access points) to serve customers around the tower. BTS (Base Transceiver Station) tower maintenance is essential to ensure the telecommunication tower functions properly. Regular maintenance is necessary to prevent minor or major damage. Data management refers to the practice of systematically collecting, storing, organizing, managing and maintaining information. In this digital era, data management has become very important as the amount of data generated continues to grow rapidly. Effective data management enables businesses and organizations to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and improve operational efficiency. Mitratel or called PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk, which is a subsidiary of Telkom Group in Indonesia, is a leading company in the provision of telecommunications infrastructure. They specialize in providing infrastructure solutions such as telecommunication towers, fiber optic networks, as well as management and maintenance services. The process of how the Tower Maintenance Report data is managed and managed, which then the tower data is analyzed. The process of data management and control of tower maintenance reports begins with the collection of information about physical conditions, maintenance performed and records of problems that may occur during the maintenance process. This data is usually collected by a team of technicians or field operators responsible for infrastructure maintenance. After data collection, the next step is data management, which includes storing, organizing and labeling the information. This is often done using a database management system (DBMS) or specialized software for managing maintenance reports.
