Abstract

Along with the very rapid development of technology where humans are currently in the era of globalization which is one of the impacts of the development of information technology. The development of information technology is inseparable from the development of the device itself, one of which is a mikrotik. Mikrotik is an operating system as well as software that is commonly used to make computers a reliable network router. However, mikrotik also requires development every year so that the services provided are more optimal and can support community needs related to computer networks. With the development of computer network technology, PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Semarang needs to improve internet network services at the Directorate General of Corrections (Dirjenpas) according to the contract made by both parties. This Mikrotik upgrade is not just an increase in computer network technology, but also functions as a maintenance of computer networks within the Dirjenpas. So that with this collaboration it is hoped that the Directorate General of Pasture can be more optimal in providing services to the community.
