Abstract

In the modern era as it is today, telecommunications plays an important and strategic role in human life. Through communication technology, humans can exchange information from a long distance with a relatively fast and efficient time on internet media. Network problems in the government office often arise at unexpected times, where the internet network may experience a decrease in speed or inaccessible. This makes online services or other jobs in government offices become hampered. At the Communication and Informatics Office innovating to check the internet network and improve if there is a network that is problematic in the government office, it is caused during the Covid-19 pandemic that meets the internet network access needs for all Banyumas District Government Offices. Therefore, the Communication and Informatics Office in the field of Infrastructure provides services for the maintenance and repair of the internet network if there is constrained. Monitoring is carried out on a daily basis so that if there is a problem it can be immediately repaired. Troubleshooting the internet network is carried out by conducting a survey first and repairs are carried out immediately so that the internet network connection can remain connected.
