Abstract

Rapid market growth increases competition in the world of manufacturing and service industries. Every business is required to develop a strategy. One way to determine the right strategy is to make improvements to a better direction by measuring and improving the performance that has been achieved by the organization within a certain time. PT. Telkom Indonesia for the Pemalang Regency area, Central Java serves various needs of telkom customers for telkom products. Some of the services available are telkom internet network submission, telkom IndiHome, cable tv network and telephone network installation. To maintain and improve service quality, especially in the assurance division or the division that handles STO Comal area disturbances, a Time To Repair analysis process for field technicians is carried out in resolving incoming IndiHome fault tickets with several parameters, namely the number of incoming fault tickets, the length of time the technician can resolve the disturbance. the number of technicians available, and carry out repairs before the customer requests repairs if there are indications of disturbances.
