Abstract
The attendance application at PT Hablun Citramas Persada is used starting in May 2022 and was developed by the company's IT division to make it easier to manage employee hours data. The use of the attendance application still found several problems such as failing to log in and failing to scan the QR Code. The purpose and benefits of the report are to fulfill the requirements for practical work courses. Methods of data collection include observation by observing the use of attendance applications by several employees, direct interviews with Mr. Yusuf as the IT Field Coordinator and literature studies of written sources such as journals whose themes and materials are related to reports. Testing of PT Hablun Citramas Persada's presence application was carried out on November 11, 2022 with the company's IT Field Coordinator and at the same time as the developer of the presence application. Tests were carried out on the login feature, menu, sub-menu, absent sub-menu, leave sub-menu. The conclusion that can be obtained is that it is successful based on Black Box Testing and successfully shows testing if the distance to scan the QR Code is too far and the employee's witel area does not match the location to scan the QR Code. The results of the Black Box Testing test on the employee presence application of PT Hablun Citramas Persada Purwokerto are expected to be a reference material in improvements to improve service quality better.
