Abstract

Internships and Independent Studies or commonly abbreviated as MSIB is an Independent Campus program. This program was created as an effort by the government to provide space for students to gain experience, information and new knowledge related to the professional world in the future. To support this program, MSIB invites several industrial partners from world-class companies or organizations whose credibility is guaranteed, so that students receive direct tutoring through experienced experts in certain fields. The implementation of MSIB is placed in a state-owned company engaged in telecommunications, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Where in it is ITDRI. For 5 months through the MSIB program the author learned to hone soft skills and hard skills, understand what a Web Developer is and what SVCC For Indonesia is. What has been achieved after 5 months of undergoing the MSIB program is that the author can create a UI/UX design of a website on figma, then the author can create a website using the Laravel Framework, then the author can also create a Virtual Tour from resources to deployment, besides that the author can also create Golden Circle, Business Model Canvas, and Lean Canvas that can be shown to examiners and interns.
