Abstract

Websites have become a general need in various fields such as company profiles, marketing, sources of information and so on. One of the functions that a website can provide is a place to store digital documents so that they can be accessed anytime and from anywhere. Therefore, Diskominfo Tegal Regency through students who are carrying out field work practices designing and creating a document archiving website that can be used by all agencies in Tegal Regency to maximize services to the public. So far, Diskominfo generally still stores a document locally or physically. With the document archiving website, it is hoped that it will facilitate the process of managing document files, both those that will be used and those that want to be stored as archives that may be needed at any time. The process of making this website uses the help of Laravel, Visual Studio Code, Git, Gitlab and XAMPP software. The system flow starts from the initial user with the super admin role creating an account with the admin role for employees of each agency. The admin user signin into system, then uploads the document. The document will be stored together with the uploader's data such as the agency he was placed in and the type of document uploaded, such as material, decree, metadata or so on. Uploaded data can be seen on the home page. The results of this practical work project are expected to help facilitate the work of government agencies in Tegal Regency.
