Abstract

Bangkit is one of the independent study programs at the Merdeka Campus in the IT field. Registration for the Bangkit Program for Partner Campuses has been opened from November 1 to November 15. Students will follow 2 stages of selection, namely basic programming and selection of learning programs as well as stages of personality assessment. The Bangkit Academy 2022 program only accepts 3000 participants from a total of three learning paths, namely the Android Developer learning path, Cloud Computing Developer, and Machine Learning Developer. Held in 5 months of learning from February 14 – July 29, 2022. Bangkit is a career readiness program. This program is designed to give participants direct exposure to practitioners from the industry and will prepare participants with the relevant skills for successful careers in leading technology companies. Especially for the Android pathway, students will learn individual lessons such as ILT-SS (Softskill), ILT-MD, EN (English Session), Guest Speaker, and Capstone Project in the form of a team. In individual learning, each participant will take classes in asynchronous form (online through the Dicoding Academy platform). Dicoding classes, namely Starting Programming with Kotlin, Learning Android Application Fundamentals, Learning SOLID Programming Principles, Learning Intermediate Android Application Development, and Learning Basic UX Design. Then there is also an AAD simulation to prepare for the Android Developer Associate Certification (AAD) which is part of the Google Developers Certification program which aims to provide trusted certificates that are recognized by the community and companies.
