Abstract

PT Tambi Tea Plantation is one of the tea plantations in Central Java located in Wonosobo Regency. Tambi tea is famous for its black tea which has a delicious taste and fragrant aroma. For 136 years the Tambi Tea plantation has been established until now, PT Tambi strives to maintain high quality and quality so that there are many requests for Black Tea from abroad in large quantities to PT Tambi. Based on observations that have been made using the Six Sigma Method which aims to analyze, control, manage, and improve a process or product, it can be found that the results of the control chart diagram of product damage are obtained that the percentage can be said to be the Black Tea production process at UP. Tambi Bedakah currently being used is in the controlled category between the amount of production and the lowest quality or damage from tea production that occurred in August 2021.
