Abstract

The development of information technology in the phone when it more functions, and other uses not just for communication media but also as a remote controller. Control the webcam generally controling with a close-range but also the camera webcam not be used as an instrument of monitoring. In terms of the camera webcam ineffective used as a limited monitoring and controling must in the near future. Then in this will try to make it the webcam for monitoring room, remotely. As prosesing a remote control using media communications by the IC DTMF cellular 8870 as a high frequency and low on the phone, used as a bender motors servo as a mover, the relay as a switch and IC 555 as a corner and drive speeds servo. As output, birth-control can see livestreaming space monitoring in the use of cameras installed in the webcam servo on the side and the controller.
