Abstract

At this time information technology has developed quite rapidly and quickly. Starting from telephone services (sound), internet (broaband), and pay television broadcast services (IPTV). One of the high -speed communication network technology that serves to support in accessing various internet communication services such as, VoIP, Video Calls, IP TV and others, called GPON (Gigabit Capable Passive Optical Network). In making this report there are 3 methods, namely observation, interviews, and literature reviews. The author will make adjustments to data or validation of customer data by adjusting slots and ports based on the internet, telephone, IP TV customer, the data will be adjusted based on data in the field. The successful parameters of the data validation process will be listed on the Dava application where the application will display the latest changes in the data that has been changed, by re -checking using the customer's internet/IPTV number.
