Abstract

Advances and increasingly sophisticated technology affect our lives today and the internet network is starting to spread to various regions, making people also have to be willing to follow. The quality of human resources is something that must be considered because the increasingly sophisticated technology will not succeed if the quality of human resources does not meet. Education is one of the keys in shaping the quality of human resources. One of the higher education levels is S1 which has a Field Work Practice (PKL) or Practical Work program. The program can be taken by final semester students. The street vendors in this report are carried out at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Tangerang and placed in the Data Manager division. The work done in this division is different, however, in writing this report, we will only focus on data validation issues. Data validation is carried out on the UIM (Unified Inventory Management) application. This application is used to manually update the data because the data was not successfully updated automatically via DAVA (Data Validator).
