Abstract
Practical Work (KP) is a means of self-actualization of some expertise or skills, either soft skills or hard skills that have been acquired during lectures, applied in a company or agency for several months. In this KP report, several work implementation activities are presented, findings of obstacles or problems and proposed solutions to obstacles or problems encountered at WITEl Telkom Surabaya, for 40 days, namely August 8, 2022 to September 16, 2022. During work implementation In practice, the author is placed in the work unit of the Regional Operation Center (ROC) division. This division is responsible for handling customer data, customer payments, product sales, conducting surveys to customer locations and handling customer complaints. This report configures the Mikrotik Point to Point Tunnel Protocol (PPTP) Virtual Private Network (VPN). The purpose of this report is to fulfill the requirements for the assessment of the Practical Work course in the Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineering study program at the Telkom Institute of Technology, Purwokerto.
