Abstract

Based on the results of an analysis of 80 user reviews of the Halodoc application from June 2022-February 2023 through the Google Play Store, it can be concluded that there are several obstacles experienced by users. The most common obstacles experienced by users include, among others, frequent application errors when used, complicated payment and refund features implemented, and slow customer service in responding. Based on these problems, a study was made which aims to identify factors that affect application suitability and user satisfaction of the Halodoc Application on continuance intention. After the testing and measurement process, it can be concluded that of the 9 existing hypotheses, 3 hypotheses are rejected and 6 hypotheses are accepted. Statements from hypothesis testing can be described including perceived task-fit (TF) has a significant effect on utilization (UT), but has no significant effect on continuance intention (CI) and satisfaction (SF). Utilization (UT) has a significant effect on continuance intention (CI). Confirmation (CF) has a significant effect on perceived task-fit (TF) and satisfaction (SF). Service quality (SQ) has a significant effect on confirmation (CF), but has no significant effect on satisfaction (SF). Satisfaction (SF) has a significant effect on continuance intention (CI). Based on this hypothesis statement, it can be concluded that the factors that influence application suitability and Halodoc user satisfaction on continuance intention directly are utilization (UT) and satisfaction (SF).
