Abstract

Information Technology (IT) investment in the Health Service (DINkes) is based on the importance of the information needed by the community of Purwakarta. IT is needed to support operational performance within the Health Office. The DINKES's efforts to improve the performance of the DINKES are by investing IT in several sub-units. However, in carrying it out there are still some obstacles in terms of human resources and management of innovation in the media to process data. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of technology governance in the Health Office. Evaluation uses COBIT 2019 as a measuring tool in conducting analysis. The analysis obtained is with 4 (four) subdomains, namely APO04, APO07, APO0 and BAI08. Each measurement of the capability level and maturity level of IT governance has an average level 1 for subdomains APO02, APO03, APO04, APO07, APO08, BAI05 BAI08, DSS06 getting results at level 2. This means that level 1 is that activities have not been implemented according to each subdomain - each of which is at level 1, while APO07 is at level 2 meaning that the activity already exists and there are SOPs that regulate it but have not been implemented properly. The purpose of this study is to evaluate information technology governance using COBIT 2019 at the Health Office by providing recommendations, namely providing problem solving as a reference for the Health Office to make improvements from the TKTI side so that it goes hand in hand with organizational goals and as expected by stakeholders in predicting the use of resources. optimize IT resources.
