Technological developments that are now increasing rapidly also present a lot of competition in business, one of which is company competition in providing internet services for the public. Due to the increasing number of people's interest in internet services, companies are competing to provide the best for customers, one of which is by ensuring that customers use internet services without any problems. To support internet services, the company uses fiber optic cables for better internet quality. To minimize problem, the company will periodically control the system and customer administration. One of the controls carried out by the company is data validation to ensure the data on the system and in the field are the same. There are types of data validation, one of which is validation omset or validation Pasang Baru (PSB) carried out by the provisioning admin to control an Optical Distribution Point (ODP). By doing omset validation or PSB validation, you can control ODP regarding the ports on it, both the rest of the ports that can be used, ODP full, or port switching to another ODP port. Therefore, the validation process makes it easier for technicians to know the condition of an ODP and makes it easier for admins to control customer data in the system and in the field.
