Abstract

Currently in the Covid-19 era, the use of technology has become commonplace in society, both at work and among business owners. The world of early childhood education is no exception, which stipulates online learning using learning applications. The Office of Education is a Local Government initiative started by a representative of the agency standing nearby and communicating with the Mayor through the Regional Secretariat. The purpose of developing the “Si Kecil” learning application is to provide a platform that will be used by early childhood education that has been designed or that will be in accordance with the curriculum. The learning model in the “Si Kecil” learning application includes learning models regarding the alphabet, numbers, colors and animals. The RAD method is a system design method that offers an efficient overall process and produces quality output.. In making applications using the RAD method it is very suitable to be applied, the application development project taken has a short time limit. The RAD method does not spend much time in the planning stage. The conclusions obtained from the Field Work Practice report are that the creation of learning applications “Si Kecil” can be developed using Rapid Application Development and using the dart programming language in flutter.
