Abstract

The Banyumas Regency Transportation Office is a government agency responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the performance of the Banyumas Regency authorities in government affairs in the transportation sector in Banyumas Regency. In carrying out its responsibilities, the Banyumas Regency Transportation Office has implemented a computerized system. Even so, there are still a number of processes that have not been computerized, including the process of collecting data on borrowing and returning inventory at the Banyumas Regency Transportation Office, which is still carried out using traditional bookkeeping. This sometimes causes errors and data duplication during the data collection process for borrowing and returning inventory items. The data collection process, which is still carried out conventionally, also affects the reporting process for borrowing and returning inventory items because it takes quite a long time for employees to compile minutes of borrowing and returning inventory items. From the description of the problems above, it is necessary to realize a system that can help employees working at the Banyumas Regency Transportation Service when carrying out the process of borrowing and collecting inventory items. In carrying out this practical work the author implements the Inventory Loan receipt Website at the Banyumas Regency Transportation Office using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and the Bootstrap framework. The implementation of the Inventory Loan receipt Website aims to facilitate data collection and management of inventory items, starting from procurement, storage, borrowing, returns to inventory data recap at the Banyumas Regency Transportation Office.
