Abstract

The Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document is a guide used by programmers to develop an application or system. It contains the requirements and specifications for a system or application and helps programmers develop the application. Every application development project requires an SRS document. This is also the case for the development of the BlanjaLoka application, the project being used as the object of the internship program. The BlanjaLoka application already has an SRS, but it has deficiencies in terms of content and is not aligned with the goals of the application at the time of the internship. If the SRS is not aligned with the goals and needs, there will be a mismatch with the requirements in the development process. Therefore, it is necessary to update the existing SRS to ensure that the application being developed meets the specifications set by the product owner. This report is being prepared to fulfill the requirements of the Internship Program course. Data collection for the preparation of this report was done using the interview and literature review methods. The interview was conducted with the product owner. The literature review was done by studying previous SRS documents. The internship program did the creation of flowcharts for the entire system, application modules, and business architecture. It also included improvements to the use case diagram and the addition of activity diagrams. The SRS needs to be updated whenever there are changes to the application requirements, whether in the form of adding or removing features. This is done to ensure that the application being developed meets the needs and requirements of the client. Key word : SRS, TokoBlanja, activity diagram, usecase diagram
